Today I went for my scans and tattoos. During my radiation treatments I will be holding my breath.  This is to lessen or keep my heart and lung from having radiation damage.  Radiation will be to the chest wall (which has a curve) and to the area where my lymph nodes and fluid are.
Beside the serious possible side affects to my heart and lung there might be the commonly known side affect of sensitivity, reddening, texture change and sunburn like feeling to the skin in the area.

So at this appointment they did ct scans and measurements so that I am lined up perfectly every time I go.  And yes you read correctly.....tattoos! My first and possibly last but that can change 😊!
